APG’s Training Team is composed of seasoned professionals with an average of 20 years of training experience. They have been teaching The Profit Specialist’s® unique lessons in financial intelligence to people from all cultures in nearly every corner of the globe.

Joel is responsible for APG’s trainer development, project management, and training session facilitation. He has over 30 years of experience in management, marketing, and sales. Joel’s training experience includes both developing and facilitating the curriculum for The Profit Specialist® Series for domestic and international clients across a broad variety of industries.
Jane has been with APG since 1994 and helped develop The Profit Specialist® Series. Her responsibilities include customizing and designing APG's ever-changing menu of solutions for a diverse global clientele. Jane also has successfully adapted The Profit Specialist® Series classroom programs for live delivery over the web to accommodate the needs of APG’s clients. Jane credits an ability to interact and engage all levels of an organization for her success in multiples roles at APG.
For the last 13 years Joe Bissett has facilitated The Profit Specialist® for APG for more than 150 companies across a variety of industries. His extensive travels both domestically and internationally have given him a wide knowledge and appreciation for the vast cultural differences in the training industry. Joe was previously employed by Oakley in the roles of senior sales representative and sales manager, and he also served in the U.S. Navy for 8 years.
Ann Marie joined APG in 2006 and has been instrumental in facilitating and designing programs for APG. She is responsible for developing and writing the Train-the-Trainer programs for APG. She has more than twenty years combined experience in training, program design and development, needs assessment, executive coaching and sales management. Before joining APG, Ann Marie was Director of Organization Development for ICI Paints and Manager of Training and Development for May Department Stores.
