Becky currently manages all aspects of the headquarters including design and development, manufacturing, and logistics. Her extensive knowledge and experience in logistics facilitates APG’s worldwide implementations. She has worked in a variety of capacities for APG since starting with the organization in 1994. Her team supports the sales and trainer functional areas.
For the last 13 years Joe Bissett has facilitated The Profit Specialist® for APG for more than 150 companies across a variety of industries. His extensive travels both domestically and internationally have given him a wide knowledge and appreciation for the vast cultural differences in the training industry. Joe was previously employed by Oakley in the roles of senior sales representative and sales manager, and he also served in the U.S. Navy for 8 years.
Ann Marie joined APG in 2006 and has been instrumental in facilitating and designing programs for APG. She is responsible for developing and writing the Train-the-Trainer programs for APG. She has more than twenty years combined experience in training, program design and development, needs assessment, executive coaching and sales management. Before joining APG, Ann Marie was Director of Organization Development for ICI Paints and Manager of Training and Development for May Department Stores.
Kirk leads APG's design and branding team, as well as maintaining APG's online presence. Kirk's background includes photography, video, and hands-on experience in the printing industry.
Gery handles a dual role for APG – selling as well as implementing APG solutions in the U.S. and other countries. She has implemented The Profit Specialist® for many customers, with a heavy concentration in the financial services sector. She developed the company's course materials for property/casualty insurance companies and training personnel. Her selling role takes her to a variety of industries. Before joining APG in 2000, she had a long and successful career with leading insurance companies.
Huntley is responsible for driving brand recognition and managing customer engagements worldwide for leading Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining APG in July 2013, he held multiple sales roles in the Oil & Energy sector for Energy Alloys and Cameron International. Huntley graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing and minor in Communications.
Joel is responsible for APG’s trainer development, project management, and training session facilitation. He has over 30 years of experience in management, marketing, and sales. Joel’s training experience includes both developing and facilitating the curriculum for The Profit Specialist® Series for domestic and international clients across a broad variety of industries.
David is responsible for developing and managing new complex client engagements for APG. He recently rejoined APG after 5+ years in a leadership development consultancy role with PDI Ninth House (Korn/Ferry) and a VP of Sales and Marketing position. Prior to that, David spent 20+ years combined with IBM and Compaq in a variety of sales leadership and global assignments. David has conducted work in more than 30 countries and in many industries.
Pam is based in Houston and her role involves both domestic and significant international business development activity, including a number of Fortune 100 global accounts across a variety of industries. Prior to joining APG in 1996, she was with Compaq Computer Corporation for 13 years in sales support and sales management positions.
